Purebred puppies in Colombia: how we do it

   Tell us about your home, your climate and your day. If the breed you have in mind does not fit, we will say so.

   You meet the parents

   Their names, their temperament and the health tests they have published, with the document.

   You join the waiting list

   By breed and by litter. No puppies sit waiting behind glass: the families on the list hear first.

   What we agree is put in writing

   You can read our reservation and contract terms beforehand.

   Puppies go home from 8 weeks

   Never earlier, and always handed over in person. How the puppy travels depends on where you live.

This applies to any breeder, us included. Before you pay anything, check that:

• you can meet the parents, in person or on video, and know their names and ages;
• the parents’ health tests come with a document and a date, not as a sentence;
• the puppy does not go home before eight weeks of age (animal welfare requires it);
• the terms — what is included, what happens if something goes wrong — are in writing;
• nobody rushes you: “last puppies”, “today only” or a price far below the market are warning signs.

We do not publish a fixed figure: it depends on the breed and the litter, and we share it on WhatsApp. What we do publish are the ranges seen in the Colombian market, with source and date, and what lies behind a price: the parents’ tests, vaccines, microchip, contract and follow-up. Prices are always in Colombian pesos. How much does a purebred dog cost in Colombia?

We raise our dogs in Guarne (Antioquia). To any other municipality, the puppy travels like this:

• Pick-up at the kennel, by appointment.
• Handover in person by road.
• A flight in the cabin with a companion.
• Always handed over in person, to the family, and never before the puppy is 8 weeks old.
